According to the American Patriotic Trivia Quiz site, “Woodrow Wilson was on the 100,000 bill but it was not printed for public use, just for the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Dept only. He also ordered that the Star-Spangle Banner be planned publically for all military occasions. For fifteen years this tradition was upheld, but in 1931, following a 20 year effort, in which more than 40 bills and joint resolutions were introduced in Congress, a law was finally signed proclaiming The Star Spangled Banner as the National anthem. Since Herbert Hoover became president he signed the final bill.

That really is a intresting fact. I think Wilson started a good tradtion. I also think that Hoover made a good choice signing the bill to make the Start Spangled Banner our National Anthem
